GW Failure... Ideas?

I just got the letter back from RBFCU that they can't delete the reported late payments on previous accounts I had with them because of the FRCA.

I was wondering if anyone had some ideas on maybe countering this response with something else that might work?

The FCRA doesnt require that anyone report anything only if they do report the info must be accurate but nothing says they cant skip a month of data. I would try something along this and if they still say no then all you can do is keep trying at regular intervals that you set.

Re: GW Failure... Ideas?

Simple advice to the OP here.  TRY AGAIN.  And, keep trying.  It can take dozens, even hundreds (yes hundreds) of GW letters to yield the response you are looking for.  I've sent hundreds.  I've eventually received favorable responses from every single creditor that I targeted.  Some were easier than others.  I suggest the Saturation Technique if you haven't read about it yet.  It describes what I believe to be the best way to fire off many GW letters to many different people at the same time:

Thanks for the tips! I have sent another round of letters to them and I am waiting to hear back but I'll continue sending until they help me out or tell me to stop it!
