Can GW letters be sent to a CA or should they be sent to the OC?

They can be sent to either OC or CA! Do you know who's reporting on your credit reports? IF so that who i would sent the GW to!

It is being reported by the CA, but I know who the OC is.  So, in this case, the GW would go to the CA?

Send to the person reporting the information you want changed/removed as they are the only ones who can do so.
