Now that I'm gardening my own credit, I started working on my husband's credit a couple weeks ago, with his permission. (His credit got destroyed in an acrimonious divorce in 2011). I GW'd J.L. Walston on five PIF accounts... on Friday, we got the letter saying they agreed to delete them all. They weren't due to drop off his report until 2017 and 2018. [~*happy dancing!*~] These were all medical debts incurred by his ex and his daughter, both of whom are diagnosed bipolar.
Weirdly, I've been having a great time cleaning up these messes of ours. :-)
