Hello all,
I had 3 late payments late last year for a care credit account that is now in good standing. I wrote a goodwill letter and sent it online. I got a reply within a day that they will look into it and try to resolve within 30 days (no indication if they will actually request deletion).
I then had remarks added to my account. Credit karma showed this as "customer disputes information. Meets FCRA requirements". My scores on credit karma went up by 100+ points. 5 days later, the remarks were removed and score went down 100+ points lol.
My Fico score on experian went up by 50 points but that hasn't been updated since before my remarks were removed on credit karma.
Anyone have insight into this? Should i reach out to customer service or just wait it out?

Sometimes when a dispute is entered. The CRA's will remove it from your file until the investigation is complete. Once the results are in. Back it goes on your file. And a possible score hit for being updated as fresh. Sync is not know for GW's. Sorry.
Who is actually known for GWs? I just ask because it seems like Synchrony is one of the very few examples of success stories I see on myfico or reddit.

These are still considered recent lates. Sometimes one can get a single one commuted but you are asking them for 3, they most likely wont consider it until they pass 5 years old and even then they may not do it. What I would do is ask them every 6 months you might get someone who is very sympathetic.
