Hi there guys, newbie here. I've been lurking around for a few days, and see several other similar posts to this, and even more inviting posts like this. Here is a (redacted) copy of a goodwill letter I plan on sending to Convergent Outsourcing. Would anyone be willing to go over it, and maybe suggest improvements? It would be greatly appreciated, as this is really holding my financial future back.
