Georgia power....

They are showing I owe them. Has anyone had any luck with them? I wasn't going to pay them but maybe I should. It's from 2008 but its still reporting each month "ok" until May this year although the note on the tl states past due four payments. Why would they still update with lates if the TL states closed. It's all kind of weird almost like the acct is open.

Any ideas?

If you still owe them money they can report lates each month.

Re: Georgia power....

Thanks! About to make a new post since I'm in NY and the crtp is 5 yrs for paid coll. year 7 will be November 2014 and I'm so close. Problem is I think I can get a score boost maybe if I simply pay it and have it deleted. It's only $200 anyways. May be worth and that's my question is it worth it?

Re: Georgia power....

Getting it deleted would be the only way to see a score boost.  I would try a PFD with the CA.
