Getting rid of this collection crap.

I have asked probably 3billion questions the past couple of weeks with that being said i have a billion more. I also want to thank everyone that has helped me my credit is up to the below scores in my signature not much but im trying. I am going to post my collections and please assist me with how to proceed, I have been reading up on PFD etc and literally all of my collection activity folks are saying oh thats the worst one haha they dont PFD etc. I have posted them below the ones I am going to tackle first are the small guys Fingerhut, Verizon, Cap one with that being said is it better to call fingerhut verizon and cap one and ask if they will delete or go straight at the creditors? Will calling them make them start to report again? If its option 2 go for the creditors for a PFD should I start at 50%

Re: Getting rid of this collection crap.

Is it okay for me to ask for a PFD over the phone then pay? Or should I always wait for the letter in the mail?
