Good credit cards to consider?

I am just over 2 years post CH7 discharge. I have several inquiries over a year old, besides 1 inquiry September 2019 on TU, I haven’t had an inquiry in the last 12 months on any other bureau.
I burned Synchrony, DCU, PenFed, Discover, Credit One, Capital One and FNBO.
My scores are in the high 600’s.
I currently have Cap1 QS Visa $1,500, Cap1 QS1 MC $2,500, Eastman CU VISA Classic $1,000, Target $600, Kohl’s $700, a few Comenity store cards, Blaze MC $75 AF (was waived) $500 CL, and Indigo $0 Annual Fee $300 CL. I also have 4 years of Student Loans never late and 1.5 year old Capital One Auto Loan, never late either.

I have no prequalify offers for BOA, Cap1, Merrick Bank, Discover, Home Depot, Toyota Visa (Comenity), or Amex.

I’m black listed from Discover, and Credit One. I was black listed from Synchrony (I applied for Amazon over a year ago, they didn’t pull credit and auto-decline due to BK, but I tried PayPal MC with my files frozen and saw they attempted Experian, could this mean I’m no longer black listed?)

I don’t want to make the mistake of applying everywhere and getting tons of inquiries. I’m not a member at Navy FCU nor do I have a way to join.

I believe I have a shot a BECU’s Visa, I could probably get in with FNBO, CIti and BOA on a secured card. I’m interested in BJ’s Wholesale MC, Sephora VISA (have teenage daughters)

Have I forgot anything? I have a checking account at Wells Fargo, are they BK Friendly?

Re: Good credit cards to consider?

If I counted correctly. You have 10 accounts in 2 years and a loan. Thats plently for a while. Not bad for 2 yrs out. I'd let all those age some more before any other moves. Never heard of Disco blacklist. They do let people back in. If your 2 yrs out it should be some type of pre=qual. Many on here burned them for thousands and made it back. But like I posted. Time and another year or so. Then it may be prime time. Took me 3 yrs. BoA, Citi, will be tough with a BK. AMEX is 5 yrs 1 month for approval if they werent burned.

I know for a fact BJs MC and Sephora will do in store preapprovals. I would say visit those locations and see if they are showing anything. If not I would wait a little more time in the garden. You could combine your Capital One Cards into the Visa with no annual fee. Blaze and Indigo would be on the chopping block next. What is your most recent account? or did you get them at all the same time?

Amex Everyday: 22k, BOA Premium Rewards: 50k , Best Buy Visa: 7k , VACU Mastercard: 11.5k, Discover: 25k, Amex Platinum (POT: 37.5k), Apple Card:4K, PNC Cash Unlimited: 36k, Citi Costco: 10.5k, Chase Amazon Prime: 10k, Rooms To Go: 10k

Re: Good credit cards to consider?

As a general statement, three bank cards plus one installment loan are ideal for building credit. You may benefit from more accounts for one reason or another (keeping utilization low, or having "many" accounts, can both help scoring), but if the goal is primarily about building credit, I'd stop at three bank cards and one installment loan for now. You will have better options in six months or a year.

If you want cards for particular benefits, that's another matter.

I think you have more than enough accounts for credit-building purposes. I would suggest closing the least useful ones, especially when they have annual fees, and gardening for a while.

Good luck!
