Got A Response from Cap1 GW

I have been sending Gws to them trying to get them to remove a CO they called and left a message today . They said they could not remove the lates or delete the tradeline at "this time" does that mean they might later or they just are not going to budge at all. I am kinda of surprised they even responded.

This is typical for Cap1. They are very hard to crack.

Yeah she left a pretty long message and said over and over we cannot delete at this time ill just try a different email.
