My husband has a paid civil judgement from a tax lien from 8/2009. The lien has been paid and a motion was filed to cancel the judgement. I didn't have a problem having it removed from TU or EQ. Experian removed the judgement then a month later placed it back on his credit. When I called, they said they could only mark it paid since that is what there public record vendor reported. All necessary documentation has been submitted but they refuse to budge. It's not set to fall off until 8/2016.
Is there anything else I can do to have this removed?

If the judgment and/or lien was vacated or withdrawn then they have to remove it, file CFPB complaint against EX. http://www.consumerfinance.gov/complaint/
Keep all correspondence relating to this matter in case a lawsuit is necessary to get compliance.
Thank you for the reply. I filed the complaint today. Hoping this takes care of this matterr!
