Do I send these out at the same time, or do I wait for letter 3 to run its 30 day course?  Thanks.

Send letter #3 to the OC with a copy of your original CRA dispute letter and a copy of letter #4, the second dispute letter to the CRA. Once you recieve the green card from letter #3 to the OC, then send letter #4 to the CRA. CMRRR everything
