Im now ready to tackle credit report f my spouse. I just got the EQ report for him. He has 9 medical colIections that are outside the SOL for NC. The other 6 medical collections are within the SOL for NC. I have taken steps 1 and 2 listed under the HIPPA thread I know I should send the pre-HIPPA letters to the CRA for accounts within the SOL. I plan to PIF these accounts. What should be done about the ones outside the SOL? They are due to be deleted from report in years 2009-2012.

I've moved your post into a new thread. It is usually a better idea to start a new thread with your own questions/problems rather than piggybacking onto someone else's thread.
