Can I still send the HIPPA Letter to the CCA  and CRA even if I have already paid the collection off?

Who did you pay the OC or CA? 

Yes, if the med debt is paid, the start with the pre-hippa to reporting CRA and send it CMRRR.  Wait until investigation is completed (about 35 days) and then send HIPPA letter to OC, again CMRRR, with the proper insert, (B i think).

I paid  the CA. TU & EQ have removed two of the three EX is the problem
