HIPPA Process Questions

Does the whole HIPPA process work if you paid a CA in full instead of the OC?  If not, what are the differences?  I'm just confused on this process I guess.

It doesn't matter who you paid, a paid collection cannot stay on your credit reports. Begin the HIPAA letter process by sending the the CRA('s) letter #1, the pre-HIPAA dispute letter, and send it CMRRR and wait up to 35 days for the result of the CRA's investigation.
