Are they going to be nicer now that they've merged? Haha. I got a CLI yesterday and a phone call today from the presidents assistant in regards to our HSBC roomstore and helzberg charge offs in 2010. I explained the situation to her - my daughter tried to kill me with pre eclampsia, GD and hbp before she was born - and she said they'd strt an investigation to see what they can do for us...it won't be reported on the CR at all...I was worried it would be reported as a dispute..I was shocked that they called in response to my email on Sunday...hoping and praying they'll make these two big baddies go away!!!! If that happens I imagine we will see a good jump..
