I was looking at my CR this evening and realized that to CA that I basically have never had any business with. here are the names:
Capital Management Services inquiry Date: 10/12/2007
Total Credit Recovery USA Inquiry Date: 09/06/2007
My question is, is this legal since I have never requested anything from them nor did I give permission for them to pull my report. On my report it says that these inquiries can affect my scores and can stay on my report for two years. Considering my scores are so very low, I can only imagine what these two things could have done. Is there anything i should be doing about this or should I leave them alone for now.
