Has anyone dealt with Wilshire Consumer Credit?

I have a title loan (I know, for shame) with them that will be paid off in October.  In 2013 they repoed the car when the account went about 41 days past due.  I paid them the following week, but my CRs show that the vehicle was reported as a repo in Oct and Nov.  Now the current status is recovered repo.  I can't get past the moronic CSRs to request a GW deletion of the derog since it has been paid on time for going on 18 months.  Has anyone deal with this company and hand any luck getting them to give some GW?

This is just like a CO once a CO always a CO even if you resume payments, same with a repo once a repo always a redeemed repo even though you are continuing now to make ontime payments. Once you pay it off ask for removal of the whole TL.
