Has anyone had any luck with PFD with HealthCare Collectons? The CSR advised me that they will not do PFD unless you are military. 

I was hoping someone could give me some Positive Advise..

Have you tried asking if OC would take the debts back for full payment? If they still own it and are using a service, there's a chance payment will be accepted.

I would like to do a PFD. But if I need to pay it in full that is fine., regardless I want it off my report. Does anyone have contact info?
