Help Translating Dispute Response from Experian

I disputed something on Experian as "not mine belongs to ex-spouse" and uploaded my divorce decree (just an attempt !) I got a response back that says "We have reviewed the documentation you provided with your dispute, but have determined that we are not able to use it to make the changes or deletions you requested. We are contacting the furnishers of the information or the vendor who collection the information from a public record source. When we complete our processing of your dispute, which may take up to 30 days (or up to 45 days for a dispute of information n an annual free redit report) we will send you the results."

Does this mean that they are looking at public records of what was filed with the divorce?  If so, does this mean that they might potentially delete this foreclosure that my ex let happen?

Highly doubtful.

Their letter is a form letter that covers both the situation where the info was reported by a furnisher or where they collected the info from a public record.

A divorce decree is a civil action involving the parties, and the creditor is not bound to sever liability based on the decree.

They most likely have no interest in reviewing its contents.

I would take their letter as a sign that you have no supporting documentation to show that you ar not responsible for the debt.

The CRA is required, under the reinvestigation procedure, to obtain response from the creditor and include that as part of their determination.

They are saying that that process has not yet run its course.

I would expect a denial of the dispute unless the creditor agrees that you are no longer a responsible party, which is unlikely.
