Can anyone give me advice to what I can do to have these accounts removed permanently off my credit reports? I also have disputed all my credit card accounts (HSBC and Chase) a few months ago and they have verified the information is correct and it still remains on my CR's.

Thank you in advance

If I had those, I'd do the following....

HSBC (appearantly x2) - send GWs

TMCC - you can try a GW. If you have 100% of the money saved up, then you can try a PFD, but absent that, keep paying as agreed.

Chase - if you did pay it, then send a GW.

A charge-off is done by the OC, and a collection is reported by a debt collector.  Having a CO does not mean that it was assigned to a debt collector.  Unless you have heard from a debt collector on a debt that was COd, then of course no collection will appear in your CR.

Unless you have basis for a dispute over the accuracy of any of the items, you must secure agreement of the reporting party to its deletion.

If the debt is unpaid, your request for good-will deletion can be accompanied by an offer to pay.  That is a pay-for-delete (PFD) offer.

After the debt is satisfied, you would send a plain good-will request for deletion.  That might be particularly difficult for a charge-off, since the creditor has already branded your account as being "uncollectible."  Try to provide as much justification as possible.

Thank you for the advice everyone. I will try to get these done and let you know how it goes. But I have another question, for the Chase account will that fall off my credit report any time soon? I dont know how to determine if the lengeth from the time it is closed will it fall off because of the 7 year marker.

To answer that you'll need to know the DoFD (Date of First Delinquency). Collections and charge offs can report for up to 7.5 years from the DoFD.

Reports from third party sites (including myFICO) often don't have the most complete information. If you pull your free reports from annualcreditreport.com Experian and Transunion will have the drop off dates. The Equifax report will show the actual DoFD. IME (In My Experience) these dates are very accurate.

The Chase account is only listed on my TransUnion credit report and it has a estimated deletion date of 4/2013.

Re: Help Trying To Remove Charge Offs From Credit Reports

If I GW the Toyota Motor Credit account will this affect me in any way? I also seen somewhere on this forum that sometimes you can have the charge off deleted because of incorrect balances. If you take a look at the list does that I posted up, do you see any way I can reason to have this deleted because of the balances listed?

Do you feel the balances are incorrect? Depending on what the original contract with Toyota said they might be allowed to add additional charges.

Re: Help Trying To Remove Charge Offs From Credit Reports

The car was repossed and sold in an auction. Now a collection agency owns the debt, but the CA is not listed on any of my CRs. Also to add I am the primary borrower and now my cosigner is filing for bankruptcy. So what do you think is my best option at this point? I really need to clean up my credit quickly.

Thank you in advance

I tend to agree with what member llecs wrote earlier in this thread: "you can try a GW. If you have 100% of the money saved up, then you can try a PFD, but absent that, keep paying as agreed".
