Hello everyone, I have a few negatives on my credit report that I would love to see completely removed, they are not big debts or anything but any advice on the best way to tackles these would be greatly appreciated. Thank You!

Midland Funding- Owe $587 (Dont want to pay them a dime if I dont have too) (2015)

Capital One (Charge Off, 2010)
Nelnet- Account current but has 2 120+ late payements on it) (2011)

Nelnet- Past Due (Closed/Transfered, 2010)

Midland Funding- Owe $587 (Dont want to pay them a dime if I dont have too) (2015)
An item shown as ZERO on your reports is always better than an item shown with a BALANCE. Unless we are both advised otherwise by gurus in these forums, dealing with the above $587 should be a priority. Good luck on your goals.
I understand! I sent them a PFD a week ago and waiting for their response...by the way, I just checked my report and Midland just changed the date of last actviity, is that legal?
Oh ok I understand now, Thank You! They also are reporting a past due amount and 120+days past due, Factoring company account. For some reason that is screaming illegal too me. Can they do that?
Can Midland report as the Original Lender? Thats the case on EQ and Credit One is the Collection Agency on EX
