Hello everyone,
Last year, I was negotiating payments after me forebearance, and ACS continued to record late payments for this time (2 months) even though they said they would not. I have send goodwill letters (via snail mail) but I get the standard denial letter. I have read of some having success with emails, but the threads are so old that no one is replying to private messages. Does anyone have a good contact for ACS?
