I had a default judgement entered against me in Worcester County, MD back in April 2006. I never knew about it because I live and work in Southern California. I have been living and working and have a drivers license here since Febuary 2005 and my credit report reflects correct address for time peroid. The summons was sent to my mothers address in may 2006, she swears she never recieved it. I never had any notice of it and it's not my debt, is there any way to remove this? I tried the motion to vacate(pro se) and the judge denied it, said too much time has passed. I've called Arrow Finacial and the law office of Mann Bracken LLC which holds the judgement. The law office gives me nothing but a run around and lots of transferred calls and being put on hold and disconnected.
