It's been a while since I've been on. I can't seem to locate the threads with HIPPA instructions. When the thread was availble, I followed the steps to the point of letter with payment to OC. The OC has cashed the payment, yet the account remains on CReport with the CA.
Is there a follow-up letter I can now send to OC stating that they've received payment, cashed it and should "pull" back the account from CA?
