How close are your myFICO scores to recent lender pulls?

I know they won't be precise....I'm getting ready to pull the trigger on a mortgage and I'm SCARED.  I know I'm close to the score I need for my preferred mortgage product...

In the garden until October 2015!

Journey began 12/13
My wallet: Cap1 Journey (12/13) $4,800 - Cap1 QS (3/14) $1,500 - Chase Freedom (5/14) $3,000 - Chase CSP (12/14) $8,000

Closed on my primary home and income property in December 2014!

Mortgage lenders are going to use Fico 04, what you get from MF is Fico 08, it really could go either way depending on your credit profile. Good luck Smiley Happy
