I am a MyFico subscriber but I don't see anywhere on my triple bureau report where it shows me the DOFD or the date it will fall off. I was just denied a solar loan because I have an unpaid chargeoff from 2013 (argh). I'd like to see if it's within EE timeframes, but can't figure out where it would show me that on my MyFico report.

You will find it in writing on an EQ report from annualcreditreport.com or on a myFICO 3B report. I've found it is typically the month BEFORE the first 30 you see in payment history.
JOINED 4/2020
FICO 8 = 582, 620, 589 / Mortgage = 633, 526, 581
CURRENT PEAK *Thanks to the MF Community!
FICO 8 = 715, 711, 720 / Mortgage = 688, 696, 681

as @TheKid2 said, you became late (day 1 late) the month *prior* to the 30d late. So if you are looming at payment history exclusively, it is the month before the 30d late.
If you pull your free CRs from annual credit report (free weekly through 4/2021), TU losts the estimated date of removal. You can EE through a Supervisor (not the frontline CSR that answers the phone)6 months prior to that estimated date and be clear you are requesting EE and *not* disputing.
EX will also list estimated date of removal and EE is 3 months prior to that. Again, you need to call, but ask for the dispute department, but be clear you are *not* disputing the account, but rather EE.
EQ dont even bother with EE. The account will likely (but not for certain) fall off naturally 3 +/- months prior to when you would think based off the DoFD listed in the CR.
Good luck!
Thanks everyone. It's weird because my MyFico credit reports don't go far enough back with payment history to see when it became past due since this is a super old account. I did some searching on here yesterday and people said you could file with TU online so I logged in and lo and behold the credit report data they show has all the info I need. I spent 20 minutes requesting EE of old crap only to have it error out when I submitted it.
The good news is that the big CO is set to fall off in July so I might as well wait at this point.
Um wow. I decided to just give it a try since I already did the work yesterday of getting the account setup. Submitted it and it already was approved and the website says it's been deleted!!
Even weirder, looks like it's gone from Experian as well! I logged in to try to do the same thing and it's nowhere to be found. Wow.
Congrats on getting it off. Will you be reapplying for the solar loan once your reports update? Let us know how it goes.

I talked to them and they said the CO was the main factor and told me to re-apply once it's off so I think I will! I need to get it off Equifax, though, since that's what they pull... it was verified off the other two today so just need Equifax.
For several reasons, the CRAs do not use payment history profile to determine the DOFD.
A creditor need not report a first 30-late when it first reaches 30 days past the date of first delinquency, and often chooses to wait, or to even not report any delinquency until it has reached a higer level of delinquency, or in some cases, charged-off.
Rather than use payment history profile as an inference of likely DOFD, the FCRA requires a creditor (or debt collector) to separately and explicitly report the DOFD to the CRA no later than 90 days after any reporting of a charge-off or collection. See FCRA 623(a)(5). That reporting is then stored as a separate code called the "FCRA Compliance Date/ Date of First Delinquency" and is what is used by the CRA to then determine exclusion date.
