It might have been your history with them that got you the denial. It may also be that, back then, you didnt have any credit negative and now you do.

I too, have a CO with Verizon...Have you tried going directly to someone in the EO or emailing the VP?
I've tried calling customer service, sending letters, etc..and have had no luck with a PFD.
I'm going to try reaching out the the VP of the Midwest region to see if I can get this resolved by the end of Jan.
