How long to wait after sending PFD?

I have sent Certified PFD letters to Midland and Calvary Portfolio but haven't heard from them. I did offer a pretty low amount but was hoping to at least get a counter offer! How long should I wait before I send them another PFD with a higher amount?

I should note that before I started trying to work on my credit these companies were offering me settlement amounts that where close to my offer.

I'd wait at least 30 days. Next round, just send PFD offers regular mail - certified is not necessary.
