I had a satisfied NYS tax judgment set to come off in October. I filed a complaint on CFPB and it's been removed. It was filed back in 2011 and paid in 2012. It was my only negative on my report so im excited to finally get it off!
Transunion is giving me a hard time. They're treating it like a lien, and have it coming off my report in 2019. The satisfaction letter from the NYS says its a judgment. Experian and Equifax has them as judgments but TU doesn't want to change it.
Anyone?
Thanks!
Rebuilder2016,
Do you have other biggies holding you back like a BK?
That seems low if you don't?

I had an old Cap1 CO which resulted in a judgment. I got the CO off the last 2B's this week (judegment will stay till 2022) and got over 50pts on EQ & EX. TU had EE'd it earlier and I got about a 60pt jump out of them. I still have the PR/Judgment and that's the only other negative I have on my reports.
Here's the thread for the EE;

57 point bump on my EQ score!!! I'm at 778 now.
