I have a Verizon chargeoff. My ex had the phone in my name and never paid it.. Didn't know about it until I pulled my credit report.
How should I handle this??
Did you know the phone was in your name? Did he have your permission to do this?
Hi, Yes, I knew about it.. and he did have my permission. But I wasn't aware that he never paid the final bill.
