How to increase

I have been working on my score for the past year and made significant improvement.  I have gone from about a 600 to a 671 (according to my last alert).

I have PIF all my collections (about 6) and past due accounts except one.  At this point, I don't even want to touch the last account as it is due to age off in about a year and a half.  It is for $2,500 and I have not gotten any information from the CA when I have requested it.  They wouldn't PFD.  I have talked with the original creditor and she is saying I didn't pay.  I have receipts for some that she doesnt have.  But I don't have all of them since it was so long ago.  It's a dicey daycare and I'm not the first person with similar problems.  Aside from reporting every month as being delinquent, I do not hear from the CA or creditor at all.

My most recent delinquency was a medical bill that was reported about 6 months ago from a doctor's appointment that I missed in 2006.  I had moved and wasn't aware of the charge or I would have paid it.

I just got a new credit card 1 year ago.   I just got a new car loan in May.  Aside from my cell phone bill and my rent (neither of which report), I have no other current accounts or bills.

What should I do next?    I have done GW letters.  Only one company has responded.  They took all the lates off of my car that I had repossesed in 2006 (but left the repossession notation and did a credit pull.).  All the rest said they can not remove the accounts.

My score goes up about 10+ points every 3 months but is there anything I can do aside from continuing to GW to help it along?   Should I open a second credit card or get a store card?  Or should I just leave it alone and let it do what it is going to do?

Thanks.
