hi all! We started working on our credit last year when we built our new home, happy to say we are settled in and hoping to add a pool. My credit right now is 716, but I have one negative thing on my credit report and 1 thing only, it's a Kia Motors finance charge off that I paid in full Feb of 2019. So it is a negative remark on my report but it does indicate paid in full. I had written a general goodwill letter to whomever received it and they would not take it off. Has anyone had any success with kia for paid in full charge offs? I have no idea who to write the letter to, it was all a big misunderstanding AND it's PIF so I feel like it's not that much to ask.
