How to send hippa when collection is coded

I sent TU a hippa letter then I checked my EQ and the information is coded collection agency 701yc00000 $0 balance. Should I still send the Med hippa letter? no mention of creditor or collections nothing just codes-thanks for any advice.

Where did you pull your EQ report from?

Pull your report directly from the CRA's web site to get the most complete info. myFICO reports more often than not lack info...this site is good for scores and the forums, they suck when it comes complete info.
