My current 3B credit report still lists late payments that occured in 2017 to 2018. A string but not a continuous string.

I called TU today to dispute this TL, they said they had to escalate it and I would get an email in 3 business days.
So, are my lates falling off?
Lates can stay on your report for 7 years, so I'm not surprised the 2018 lates are still there. They should start dropping off in 2025. It looks like some of the lates did drop off early, Nov and Dec 2017 are still within the 7 years and it would still be allowable to report them but they aren't on the recent report.

yeah i wouldnt continue to dispute them bc its accurate, will ding your score down a bit in the short term. Some companies will stop repoting them early. Take the small win and ride out the rest
If all late(s) for one account fall off, does the Worst Delinquency also get updated?
Say yoyu were 90 days late, 7 years later the lates fall off but the Worst Delinquency still says 90 days late.
I hope that is not the case.
Really comes down to when that last one goes. Theres the biggest bump. You'll see a change when the 90's are gone and only 30's are left.
If you look at the two pictures I posted, there is something odd. On the Feb 22 report, 08/2017 is not listed as late but on 6/24, that date is listed as late.

At least for me, oddly, the answer is maybe.
As of this morning, EQ removed a 30 and 60 from 11/2017 and 12/2017, but left the three derogatories from Jan-Mar 2018. Oddly, those derogatories are listed as a 60, 90 and 120 day late, when they were formerly 90, 120 and 150 late. Why did the 30 and the 150 go away 5-6 months early, restating the ages of the ones from early 2018? No idea.
I have not contacted EQ for early exclusion, and I have not disputed them with EQ. This just happened on its own. I did contact TU about a month ago for EE just to see what would happen, and they did remove the entire string of delinquencies.
My Vantage 3 score (I know, but my FICO score on my credit card updates on the 25th or so) went up by 20 points, so I anticipate my FICO will go up something when I see a refresh in a few weeks. I am not seeking credit right now, so I am happy to wait and see what happens.
It is weird, I though that the entire string would be deleted later this year once DoFD hit 7 years, but I guess not.
According my report the oldest late reporting is from Nov 17.
I tried to dispute TU online but TUs website wont take my login info. I have to call them tomorrow.

For TU, definitely worth trying, as they seem to be pretty good at removing at 6 months. For the rest, it seems a bit more random.
