So I just had my last baddie come off my Equifax report. Now all three are clean. Since EQ is my mid as far as the last lender pull in early August seen in my siggy below I think. Well I could not wait until my last card of the month updates with my balance, so went ahead and simply paid for my EQ FICO today.

I was expecting maybe a 20 point increase from where it was before like from 627 to maybe 642. Well I could not believe my eyes. MY FREAKIN SCORE IS 719!!!!!!!! OMG I was sooooo not expected that. I had to blink several times and look around the screen to ensure I was not seeing a fake score.

I can not BELIEVE I HAVE MADE IT TO THE 700 CLUB IN 6MONTHS OF REBUILDING!

I feel soooo good right now!

Wow!!! This is amazing! I'm in the same boat. I'm over 60 points above where I started at 3-4 months ago. This forum has been great for me, and I hope that by this time next year I will be in the 700's with you. It is a long road, but I hope to get there.

You know seeing 7 anything was the complete furthest from my mind, so you can imagine my surprise.

I am on this site every single day! It helps pass the time since I so thought Oct would never arrive and I am so close now to my mortgage app point that I'm just twitching in my chair. Lol. Now I'm shooting for the 700 club on TU & EX as if the high 6's is no longer good enough. Haha the nerve!

WOW! That is awesome! Good for you. I'm hoping I can have the same kind of success. I'm looking to purchase a house next year and I'd love to see my scores go up above 700 by then. I've got 7-9 months before this happens so I'm crossing my fingers!!

Right now all my cards show a zero bal. What will be interesting to see is how my score will fluctuate when my card that updates at the end of the month with a balance of probably 19% utilization based on the individual card limit and 13% of my combined limit utilization.

That will be interesting to see. My scores have gone up a bit lately due to some of the work I've been doing, so I've applied for additional credit (which I don't intend to use - but it will look better to have a higher amount of credit available to me.) so I'm curious as to how this is going to affect my scores once they start reporting - which hopefully will be next month.

I went from 554 to 727 in 1 year after removing 27 negative items, 6 inquires and opening several new accounts, it can be done now its just a matter of MAINTAINING your score.
