Just a quick question. If you are actively working on a resolution between yourself, comcast, and the equipment they said you didn't return; is it legal for them to turn it over to collections (which they just did)?
We have every phone conversation documented. Been escalated through 3 levels of management.
Their customer service is TERRBILE!!!!!!!!! Verizon is looking real good right now.
