I have a stupid GW question

I am finishing up my 2 GW letters and I am wondering how to mail them. Just regular mail? Or with a required signature? Thank you!

There seems to be alot of different answers regarding this. I sign mine with my first name only. The only risk to signing anything to a collection agency especially, is if they are dishonest and transfer your signature to another document, but those are the really shady companies. I think that if you are sending something to the OC, it should be fine to sign it. And you should always send it regular mail. No sense in wasting more money and possibly scaring the company you need help from.

You could sign it with a smiley face or a heart!

It doesn't have to be signed. I mail business correspondence from work all the time with out signing it.

Definitely send it good old fashioned 42 cent snail mail. Anything else just makes you look like a lawsuit craving looney toon (or so I was told)

Think of a GW letter just like writing a letter to your Aunt or your Grandma asking for something. Be sweet, if you were wrong say you were wrong and apologize.

But seriously ... I wouldn't draw a heart or a smiley face on the letter lest you might look like a looney toon anyway!
