First step is to get your FICO scores. CK uses the VantageScore 3.0 model which isn’t used by lenders for credit decisions. Www.creditchecktotal.com gives a seven day trial for $1. Get them there, then cancel.
Midland will also delete themselves upon payment like Portfolio will, whether you pay in full or settle. Try and negotiate a lower amount that you’re prepared to pay that day, pay it, and within 30-45 days both will vanish as if they never existed. I do not know about the third collector but it’s worth trying.
Could you list the chargeoffs? Include who the original creditor was, the date of first delinquency, and the amount, and we can give you some info on how to proceed.

The debt load appears to be manageable. Just come up with a plan and a budget. Perhaps, you can tackle the ones that will do PFD first. It'll give you motivation to keep cleaning up your credit report once your derogatory list gets smaller and smaller.
