I need a 13 point score increase ASAP any suggestions???

I just got home from seeing my lender.. scores are as follow.  EQ 614 EX 627 TU 637... I have about 2 weeks or so to get that mid score to 640...right now my CC UT is at 34% will lowering it to 9 possibly give me the bump i need? does anyone have any other suggestions??

I have one CC orchard bak 300 CL bal is 101.. i have one baddie cap one CO from 2010 paid in settlement that ive tried to gw and they wont budge

If only that baddie could go away....

Just show a $10 balance on that CC. Anything between 1 and 9% is optimal, but not sure if that is going to give you a boost big enough.

ok i will do that..is there anyway to get orchard bak to report to the cra early??? they never report until the 15th of the month or so.

You can have your lender do a rapid rescore... Pay down your CC balance to 0 or $2.00, have the lender do a rapid rescore...

Also, do send a few GW letters to Cap1. I had success with them removing a CO from 2006/7-ish... Do a search and find the emails to the exec's at Cap1, that usually gets a quick response...

Also, do you need above 640 for a rate or do you need it for your mortgage in general? Most lenders only require a 620...
