So I would just like to say that you can call a CA and request they delete an account. It was paid but still hurting my score, a week ago I was frustrated because my letters have all given me a "no we will not delete" so i called them and they said "sure we will gladly delete it" i was shocked on the phone. I just got the letter in the mail today. Its good because it gives me more confidence to keep working. Hopefully this will get me out of this bad bucket and my score will actually increase.
