ITS to 3 CRAs

I sent off my ITS letters to EX, EQ and TU today in response to removing a Midland Credit TL on report. I had sent two CMRRR DVs to Midland, they never responded and a I disputed with the 3 CRA at the same time of the DVs (first one sent in January 08, 2nd June, 08) so it's been well over sixty days for the second DV. In my ITS letters I enclosed copies of the green receipts and the DV letters that went along with those mailings. Now, what's my next step? Wait 45 days and then file for damages in Small Claims Court in LA Superior Court (for the limit) if they don't remove the Midland TL?

Why did you send an ITS letter?    All you should have sent was copy of the DV,,,copy of the GC and cert paper.  and the letter asking to have it deleted for non validation.

They have 30 days to answer

You would then send a MOV  and then an ITS comes after that
