These tickets are from Seattle wa now with Alliance one & they total $380

Years back when I was still living there, I went to the court & paid a bunch...im not sure if it was these.

Send the CA a DV letter. At the very least, you'll get the specifics (date incurred, amount, etc) ~ at the very best (for you), they'll not be able to validate. 'Specially if they're really, really old.

I'd still try dealing with the OC/state, though, first. Really.

But remember to send the DV letter. If you end up having to deal with CA, at the very least you want to make sure that they still hold the debt (oftentimes debts are transferred between CAs) and are legally able to actually receive the payment.

*crossing my fingers for you!!*

Re: If I do a PFD with these parking tickets will it decrease my score

tried to pay the tickets directly to the court but they directed me to Alliance one. Now alliance one is telling me the total amount due is $1100 w/ penalties even though the tickets are only $378 (My credit report also shows all the tickets adding up to $378

The lady was nasty & wouldnt deduct a penny. I told her "The hell with you, I will NOT pay a dime & I will just wait the 4 years for them to fall off my credit"  Now I really dont want to do that. so what else can I do? There are 6 of them on my report. should I send them a pfd?

thanks again
