If you have Credit One envelope from new card

If anyone still has the envelope that the card came in, can you please tell me what the envelope says/if it restricts forwarding?

Thanks!

Ok, this is actually embarrassing..lol.  Yes, I never toss the envelopes. Received my card in Sept 2016, envelope has return address of "PO Box, 247001, Omaha, NE 68124-7001" Below the address is the statement "RETURN SERVICE REQUESTED."  Hopes this answers your question. You might want to sign up for the USPS "Informed Delivery" service which sends an email to you daily with a snapshot of the mail you will be receiving that day and informs about packages as well. The service is free you just have to register for it on the USPS website.

Thank you for your help! I used to keep my envelopes, too, so don't feel bad.

I have a change of address on file with the post office, and unfortunately, you confirmed my concern 😔

I had the same thing happen to me and have been working with their customer service to get a replacement card sent. Good luck with that process... I’ve learned that dealing with their customer service is going to be a challenging relationship, lol.

Oh no! I called USPS today and was told that the mail will be sent to my old address (I still have access to it). I don't fully trust what she said, but I'll just have to wait and see.

I hope you get it all figured out quickly!
