Illinois Tollway Collections

I have quite a few paid collections from 2011 from Illinois Tollways.

Anyone know of any contacts I can get in touch with to try to get a Goodwill Adjustment on my report?? Anyone had luck with this??

Parites can only delete their own reporting.

If a paid collection, the request should go to the debt collector who reported their collection to your CR.

No, they are listed under 04 ILLINOIS STATE TOLL HWY AUTHOR .

Because I paid the Tollway NOT the debt collector. I never got a letter from a collection agency. I paid it before it went to collections.

Because I paid the Tollway NOT the debt collector. I never got a letter from a collection agency. I paid it before it went to collections.

It doesn't matter that you paid the Tollway, you send a GW to the party reporting.  The Tollway cannot make the CA delete it's TL.   The account may have already been assigned to the CA before you paid, they just hadn't reported yet.

If it's being reported under  04 ILLINOIS STATE TOLL HWY AUTHOR isn't that the Tollway reporting it?
