Since cleaning my files and building this is the order I have obtained cards.
Building my files is complete. Won't have any desire or need to apply for anything more than below. Even if and when Barclays AA's me for too many new accounts because I have enough tradelines in place that will continue to grow.
Capital Quicksilver MC. $500 to 4k. Aug 2015
Chase Freedom to unlim. 4k to 6k. Sept 2015
Comenity dental first. $6900. Jan 2016
Venture. 15k to $15,750. Feb 2016
Discover IT. $2500 to $3500 April 2016
Barclay Cashforward. $2500. April 2016
Venture One. 5k May 2016
AMEX BCE. 1k May 2016
Citi Diamond Perferred. 1k. June 2016
Synchrony Marvel. 6k. June 2016
Now to see if Barclay will AA me, which I'm expecting. Maybe even Chase.
13% total UTI...
No baddies, paid them all, and worked hard at getting them deleted...
Paid two judgements and got them vacated, even though they never reported, they could of appeared at anytime.
So my rebuild is in progress to let everything age and pay on time. Make triple the minimums and keep UTI down.
| Total CL: $321.7k | UTL: 2% | AAoA: 7.0yrs | Baddies: 0 | Other: Lease, Loan, *No Mortgage, All Inq's from Jun '20 Car Shopping |

Great job getting to where you are. I hope the success continues for you!
Thanks RM, looks like you're doing well also. Nice line up!
Fantastic job and congrats! I wouldn't worry about Barclay or Chase. As long as you're paying, they will treat you well.
I plan on staying in the garden a long time and doing some serious weeding. Sunday will make 4 weeks. I'm in the garden and acutally in the garden!
I guess that will keep me here a lot longer..................

Too Funny!!!
Congratulations Donny! You've had a very impressive journey and your story continues to inspire rebuilders like me. Keep up the good work!

Whocaresman, you are very kind! I'm a rebuilder and always will be! An alcoholic is still an alcoholic even years after not drinking.
Spending hours upon hours on this site then and now is what helped me. Continuing to spend hours and hours reading these threads of topics now and always will keep me from slipping.
I need and count on this forum for mental support to prevent any future financial disaster as such I created years ago.

If you are serious about gardening, look into freezing those reports and stay away from those Credit Card approval threads! 😀
