Is it Unwise?? to open any CU(Credit Union) accounts with Hidden Judgement fallen off CRA's

So my credit files looks clean to CRA's and all banks but lurking in the shadows waiting to pounce is a Fallen off Judgement from 14 years ago. I have rebuilt my Credit scores well over time and am wanting badly to join NFCU or any CU for the matter. Since they all seem to open a savings and or checking account this is a NONO to anyone with a hidden judgement. I dont want to spoil a relationship with the bank that I want to deal with in the future. They dont know about the Judgement and if they are told to hold & freeeze my account I think that would hurt a down the road relationship even if when they look at my CR and dont see anything they will know internally that they held a account of mine and it will hurt without it even being on CR.

Now similar, but different. I had a TDBANK checking account seized by the judgement 3000+ a bunch of years ago 5 or so. If I were to apply to TDBANK for a credit card would they internally know about Judgement even though if they pull all 3 CRA I am clean as you can look like.

damn TD pulls all 3 bureaus?! i was planning on getone of their CC since I got my checking and savings account with them but now this is just discouraging. Moreover I dunno how generous they are with initial CL. Dont wanna take multiple pulls only to be offered a meager $500 bucks credit limit...
