I have a question. I didn't want to start a new thread I searched and this is the thread that I saw.

I DV'd a CO and the DV that they sent to me was an actual credit application. This credit aplication was for an account that I KNOW I was not approved for. What are my next steps?

I  noticed that you said you DV'd a CO.

You cant DV the creditor.  You can only DV a debt collector.
