I have a charge off with Credit one DOFD is 7/10 but EQ is not reporting a missed payment in my payment history...?! Is this fishy? The other Charge Off has the dofd and CO dates in that lil payment history grid.... insights?

I have multiple acounts that show this way. Fishy? I don't think so. Be careful disputing these. They can come back with late pays in the history and do more damage than good.
Yeah, I wasn't going to dispute for fear of that. I've just never seen this before, like I said the other CO on my CR have the dates of missed payments and CO. It's about to be gone anyway, and I've been trying to find who the CA is so that I can ask for PFD... to no avail. Its a small balance, I'd like to pay!
While not typical, it is not improper.
A creditor has no requirement to report all prior derogs that occur under their account.
The reporting requirement is that what they do report cannot knowingly be inaccurate.
Obviously, creditors only take a charge-off once the account has become seriously delinquent to the point that they consider the debt to have become "uncollectible."
A CO thus implies prior delinquencies, but they are not required to report any prior to reporting a charge-off.
The reporting of a charge-off triggers their requirement to report the DOFD on their account to the CRA within 90 days thereafter, as the CRA must have a DOFD in order to then determine when they must ultimately exclude the CO from credit reports they issue. They have done so.
It looks OK.
