Question-
Does anyone have a time frame for these particular CC companies to update to $0 after the CO is settled? Jpmcb is not taking calls regarding credit burea inquires because some of their call centers are still closed. Capt One advised that CO accounts update 22 days after the final settlement payment is made but couldn't tell me what would change on the report. I am hoping that the past due balance will reflect as zero.
Also....anyone know when Midlands updates and deletes? Portfolio update to a $0 balance but hasn't fallen off. I thought I read someplace that they have set days? Getting to speak with a live person that is familiar with more than front line customer service is proving problematic.
Thanks-

I think Midland reports twice a month; 10th and 22nd (for some reason these are in my memory) - I checked my old credit reports and this is when they were pulling soft pulls for me, so I would assume its similar dates? Perhaps someone who tackled Midland will chime in.
