Judgement Deleted

Ok i have been reading the forums now for a few weeks and finally got the nerve to dispute a judgement on Ex a few days ago. I disputed online. Five days later I get an email from Ex and the judgement was deleted. It was a judgement from 2/07. They did not say anything about the account but just that it was deleted. I pulled my Fico from this site today and my score only went up 1 point. Question-- Should I dispute any more of them? There are about 6 more showing right now.

Why did you dispute this judgment and on what grounds would you dispute the others?

It was my wifes medical and not mine. It said joint responsibility, but I havn't been to the doctor in many years so I just said it wasn't mine. the rest of the medical collections are that way as well. i was just wondering if i could dispute them as not mine.
